Casa Blanca

La Casa cumple las expectativas bien. Se entregó en buenas condiciones de limpieza y todo funcionó bien. El único problema lo tuvimos con la puerta de entrada desde la calle para el coche que no funcionaba. Vinieron al día siguiente a arreglarla y si bien no pudieron hacerlo porque tenían que cambiar el motor, la dejaron de manera que pudimos acceder sin problema. El único aspecto que destacaría es que el mobiliario tiene ya unos años, es algo viejo, se puede apreciar ya en las fotografías, pero en conjunto todo acorde a las expectativas.

Su profesionalidad y su trato atento y cariñoso hacen que nos sintamos como en casa. Casa Blanca es especial, sobretodo, por su emplazamiento. Situada en la zona más elevada de Atlanterra, te permite ver el mar y relajarte con esa sensación de infinitud. Tiene una distribución muy simétrica teniendo como centro un gran porche semicircular que abraza la piscina. Es un espacio amplio, suficiente y funcional que permite satisfacer las necesidades de un periodo de vacaciones: una cocina muy bien equipada, con menaje muy diverso y que te facilita nuestra actividad de “cocinillas”; un salón muy cómodo y espacioso que se completa con el comedor, en contacto con la cocina; dormitorios agradables y luminosos, en especial el del piso superior; cuartos de baño muy funcionales y en número suficiente. La piscina y su recoleto jardín completan el conjunto. La limpieza y los detalles son sus señas de identidad, una casa acogedora, con alma, que invita al descanso y en la que no te sientes extraño. No nos hizo falta buscar nada más fuera. La casa y su entorno (la playa, el faro, sus caminos, ...) han sido suficientes para pasar unos días entrañables y relajados. Una casa para repetir y recomendar. Esperamos volver el próximo año a Atlanterra en condiciones similares.

La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotografías, tiene todos los detalles necesarios, no falta de nada: menaje, ropa de casa, camas cómodas...todo perfecto y muy limpio. Tanto Toñi como el resto del personal nos atendió muy bien y nos proporcionó todo lo que necesitamos. La ubicación de la casa es muy tranquila y segura, con Zahara y las playas a cinco minutos en coche. Una casa totalmente recomendable.

We have stayed in many holiday cottages before, but in terms of design, equipment and overall layout Casa Blanca was definitely one of the top two. The house is beautifully appointed (the owners use it themselves, which always makes a difference). Upon arrival a (very nice!) bottle of wine and water waited for us together with some fruit which was much appreciated. In particular, we liked the pool, it seems to be cleaned by some advanced system which also rends the water silky smooth. The view is breathtaking, on clear days you can see bits of Africa and we enjoyed that very much and can thoroughly recommend the villa. We can also thoroughly recommend Zaharavillas - the quality of an agent only shows when problems occur, as they unfortunately did: Apparently the owner next door had spontaneously decided to raise his garden wall, which resulted in some pretty substantial building works - with the associated noise. We contacted the agent and Ingo turned up promptly and got active. The wires between Spain and Germany must have been glowing, within an hour the architect had shown up, apologised and assured us all possible measures would be taken. Amazingly, they even stuck to (most) of the agreements so that we could stay in Casa Blanca and did not have to take the alternative we got offered. We felt we were taken seriously and the problem, which was not the fault of either the owner or the agency, was addressed as best as possible. We were told this was not foreseen and we were willing to accept that. Given the speed of this building site I would also imagine that they will be finished reasonably soon, and the next visitors can again enjoy the heavenly peace that reigns on top of that hill at weekends - interrupted only by the wind and the surf! A couple of comments on the location - we like to walk to the restaurants on foot and that is not possible given that the house is right on top of a VERY steep hill. We're reasonably fit but only hiked down and up once. Otherwise, Atlanterra does have a few restaurants, unfortunately La Sal was closed, we would have loved to try that out. No problem, we found plenty of alternatives in Zahara itself.

We really enjoyed our stay at CASA BLANCA. The villa was exactly as shown in the pictures, and the views from the house were even better...just amazing. The villa was very private, comfortable and well stocked. The only problem we had was the internet connection was spotty at best, and since we had to do some international calls, we couldnt use skype and the calls were mores costly. The location of the villa was good too. We liked the fact that we were 5 minutes from the beach, and less than 10 minutes from the center of town. We also loved the beautiful and quiet beaches that we visited, as well as the nice restaurants in town. The people in Zahara were great too. Everybody that we came across was very nice and friendly. Restaurants staff were accommodating and friendly with us knowing that we had the baby. Your office was great too. "

Wir 5 ( 2 Erwachsene und 3 Teenager ) haben eine herrliche Woche in Atlanterra in der Villa Casa Blanca verbracht! Die Abwicklung über Zahara Villas war sehr freundlich und hat völlig reibungslos geklappt. Die Villa selbst liegt traumhaft auf einem Berg mit überirdischem Blick auf den Atlantik und die Küste Afrikas. Was für Sonnenuntergänge! Die Villa ist in einem top Zustand, sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Was auffällt, wie durchdacht diese charmante Villa ist. Ob es sich um den Kühlschrank mit Eisspender handelt ( dieser war besonders bei unseren Kindern beliebt ) oder die kombinierte Musik / DVD / I-Pod Station Anlage, um nur ein paar Beispiele zu nennen. Der Pool war natürlich herrlich bei den Temperaturen und die Deckenventilatoren haben uns trotz großer Hitze problemlos schlafen lassen. Die Fotos sind nicht geschönt und entsprechen der Wirklichkeit! Außerdem ist es sehr angenehm bereits mit Grundnahrungsmitteln und anderen Dingen des täglichen

Es waren sehr erholsame 12 Tage. Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig - grenzt direkt an ein großes Naturschutzgebiet. Es befindet sich auf einem sehr .mondänen Ferienhaushuegel, wo wohl viele Deutsche wohnen. Die Einrichtung ist ansprechend. Wohn-Essraum mit offener Kueche gemütlich. Ueberall große helle Fenster. Am Abend konnte man beinahe ueberall Rollaeden herunterlassen. Der Pool war nicht gechlohrt, war mein Eindruck. Scheint eine Sauerstofftechnk (alternative, gesündere Technik) zu sein. Er ist auf jeden Fall angenehm auf der Haut und herrlich erfrischend. Nicht beheizt, aber prima temperiert durch die Sonne. Es fehlte im Haus an nichts. Der Meerblick ist atemberaubend, der Weg runter bis zum Meer zu Fuß aber recht weit. Das Haus liegt die Strasse ganz rauf, ganze oben. . Abends und nachts wohnen ca. 5 abgemagerte, streunende Katzen auf der Terrasse, die wir auch mit dem vorhandenen Katzenfutter gefüttert haben......"
